Return & Exchange Overview
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange.
Please note that we do not offer refunds — only exchanges are allowed under eligible conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if the product does not meet these conditions.
Non-Exchangeable Items

Exchange Process

Email us at nazersawaid52@gmail.com (replace with your actual email) within 7 days of receiving your item.

Mention your order number, reason for exchange, and include clear photos (if applicable).

Once your request is approved, we’ll share the return address and instructions.

After receiving and inspecting your item, we’ll send you the replacement product.
Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe delivery.

DealMind will cover the cost of sending the replacement item only once.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@dealmind.com with photos and order details.
We’ll promptly arrange an exchange at no extra cost.
