Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.
During high-demand periods, such as sales or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time & Delivery
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Local Deliveries (within Pakistan): 3–7 business days
International Deliveries: 10–20 business days (depending on customs and courier availability)
Note: These are estimated time frames and may vary due to factors such as courier delays, weather, or customs inspections.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight/size.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on our website or during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.
Tracking details may take up to 24–48 hours to appear in the courier system after dispatch.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
DealMind will not be responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@dealmind.com before your order is dispatched.
Delivery Issues
If your package:
Arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the packaging and item.
Is delayed, kindly check the tracking information first. If you still haven’t received it within the expected time frame, contact us for assistance.
Is lost in transit, we’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately for faster delivery. You’ll receive tracking details for each package if this occurs.
